1} If the order is cancelled before the dispatch, then no charges will be applicable for the customer.
2} If the customer cancels the order after the material has dispatched then the customer has to bear to and fro transportation charges.
3} Advance Payment 100% No Cash on Delivery is applicable as off now.
4} Breakage or Damaged items while delivery of the material to the customer place is responsibility of the transportation people and certain percentage of amount will be deducted from them.
5} The product to be returned should be in saleable condition.
6} Invoice copy and delivery challan in original will be required to be submitted at the time of request.
7} The Credit Note issued can be used for purchase of any other product within the store within the stipulated validity period.
8} No return of any product purchased under a promotional scheme or discount or where invoice specifically mentions “no replacements”.
9} At the time of receipt of products, customer shall check to ensure that product is in proper condition to his / her satisfaction and sign on delivery challan as his/her acceptance of the product.
10} Any damage discovered at the stage of inspection by the Customer when it is unpacked by the delivery associate during delivery, the damaged product would be entitled for immediate replacement.
11} If a product purchased, malfunctions at the time of demo / Installation, it will be treated as ‘Dead-On-Arrival” and the product will be entitled for replacement as per manufacturer’s warranty terms.
12} No request for exchange of product will be entertained subsequent to the customer signing the document (delivery challan) acknowledging the receipt of the product to his/her satisfaction. In case of defects noticed by customer there after, such defects will be serviced by the Manufacturer’s service centre as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
13} all services are provided by manufacturing companies through authorized service providers.
